Refund policy

Please contact us at shop@mangaroa.org if you would like to talk about a refund due to the quality of your purchase not being as expected.

For pickup orders or vege boxes, if you have not picked them up in the time period agreed, (not including frozen meat) your order will be recycled and refunds will NOT be given.

This is because we do not have the fridge space to hold orders for longer than this time period.
