This blend is ideal for those experiencing sleep disturbances, restlessness, waking up still tired, or for those simply wanting plant allies to support a deep and refreshing sleep.

Ingredients — passionflower*, skullcap*. ashwagandha*, valerian*, grain alcohol*, distilled water. (*organic)

Use — Take one full dropper (approx 30 drops) or 20-40 drops daily into water, tea, juice, elixir of choice or under the tongue. Take 1-4x per day as needed. Consume from late afternoon only, and not before driving (due to natural sedative effects).
