Elderberry ~

Elderberry is renowned for its immune-boosting properties. It has been traditionally used to relieve symptoms of respiratory infections, such as colds and coughs, by reducing mucus and soothing the throat. Elderberry helps reduce inflammation, which can be beneficial for overall health and in managing symptoms of inflammatory conditions.

Olive Leaf ~

Olive leaf is known for its potent antimicrobial and antiviral effects. It contains oleuropein, a compound that helps fight off bacteria, viruses, and fungi, supporting overall health. Its also rich in antioxidants that help protect cells from oxidative damage and support overall health, containing compounds that help reduce inflammation.

Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) ~

ACV supports digestion by increasing stomach acid production, which can help with nutrient absorption and alleviate symptoms of indigestion and bloating. It helps regulate blood sugar levels by improving insulin sensitivity and slowing the absorption of sugars in the bloodstream. ACV also has natural antibacterial and antifungal properties, whilst also being fermented, therefore supporting immune function and a healthy balance of gut flora

Ingredients — elderberry*, olive leaf** cinnamon*, apple cider vinegar*, raw multifloral honey (Grafters’ Honey). (*organic, **wild foraged at Mangaroa Farms)

Use — Take 5-10ml as a shot (if you're brave) or dilute in a cup of hot, cold or sparkling water (our fave!) and sip. Take 1-3 times daily.
