Our signature Microgreens also known as 'vegetable confetti', microgreens fall between sprouts and baby greens in size and when eaten raw can contain up to 40x more vitamins than their fully grown counterparts!
These red and green radish varieties have a peppery/spicy flavour which make them great to toss in a salad, add to sandwiches for texture or garnish scrambled eggs, hummus or avocado on toast.

Resilience & Regeneration
Our veges are grown locally on our farm with no harmful sprays/chemicals inside our greenhouse, or outside in one of our classic 25m long garden beds. Happy herds of sheep, cows, and chickens are grazed in the pastures nearby, working as part of a regenerative system that nourishes the underground soil microbes, and giving back to Papatūānuku.
